She oversees the Application Process, Financial Documentation and has over 12 years of experience working in the industry. She has broad experience and knowledge in various areas of Academic Counseling and is primarily focused on Providing the best Academic Advisory to the students. She has a Masters Degree in finance and also is an alumni of Pokhara University and Brookefield International Academy.She is highly independent and passionate about working with her students and it is that passion that led her to start her career in Academic Advisory at a relatively young age and be a role model for a lot of young students especially the young aspiring girls. Students will find her highly informative, full of energy and always eager to help her students. She loves reading and is an avid music listener mainly of Nepali Classical genre. Bal Krishna Chalise is the Director of Program Development at NISSUS International Education Foundation. He oversees program development, technology training for students and handles career counseling for students. He comes from a strong IT and Finance background and has worked for companies such as esurance, vsoft and Amerigroup in US. He has broad experience and knowledge in various areas of Academic Counseling and is primarily focused on developing programs that enhances students knowledge and skillset that will help the students to adapt better in abroad destinations.

Mr. Bal has a MBA in IT from University of Dallas and also is an alumni of Delhi University. He is highly engaged with the students and passionate about working with them. Students will find him highly engaging, intellectually, informative, full of energy and always eager to help her students. Students will learn and benefit a great deal from his wide range of life experiences and his engagement with the matters relevant to education are amazing. He loves reading and is an avid Ayan Rand fan. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and loves walking with his daughter.

Nishant is an enthusiastic technologist with 15+ years of proven expertise in software development and management. With NISSUS, he oversees Technology Drive and Input to enable improvements throughout the entire Student Development lifecycle. He has an extensive Technology experience in various Global Companies and students will find his Career Advisory exceptionally valuable to craft IT and Corporate Careers. He is highly analytical, design oriented and with high problem-solving capabilities. Expertise include strategic planning, Technology management and Technical skills development. In his free time, he loves to travel and he has travelled to countries such as US, UK, Italy, India, Canada etc. He also loves meditation and Spirituality and you can sit down with for life lessons session as well.
